People sometimes beat themselves up, blame themselves, or stress out over other peoples behavior. Behavior that can affect your health and well being if you choose to let it. We don't have control over other peoples actions, but we do have control over how we choose to let it affect us.

Tell yourself “No, not today. Not gonna letcha.” whenever the negative behavior of others come up in your daily life. This along with the other affirmations in this section can be repeated as often as needed to remind you not let another person's ignorance negatively affect you.
